North Korea Kim JongUn recently sent filth balloons carrying garbage and excrement toward South Korea.
Almost 1,000 balloons floated southward across the fortified border dividing the Korean peninsula.
This is an extremely unreasonable provocation.
Accordingly, the Republic of South Korea decided at the Cabinet meeting to suspend the entire effect of the September 19 military agreement.
The September 19 Military Agreement is a subsidiary agreement of the Pyongyang Joint Declaration in September 2018.
The suspension took effect after approval by the President of the South Korea.
The South Korean military announced that it would restore all military activities along the Military Demarcation Line and the northwest islands, and plans to immediately resume loudspeaker broadcasts to North Korea if necessary.
A North Korean defector group in South Korea is also planning to send balloons containing external information such as USB, SD-Card, K-pop, and K-drama to North Korea.
The inflow of external information is the Achilles heel that the North Korea Kim Jong-un regime hates the most.
Kim Jong-un is concerned about the ideological relaxation of the people due to the inflow of external information and feels threatened by his rule.
As more information flows into North Korea, the North Korean people's awareness of human rights will improve, which will serve as an opportunity to overthrow Kim Jong-un's dictatorial rule of terror.
